Lubricant Masterbatch is used in injection molded applications. It acts there as an internal lubricant improving polymer flow and providing easy mould release and filling of longer and thin parts. The product provides long lasting lubrication to polymer surfaces eg. inside of HDPE ducts used for fibre optic communications.
Lubricant Masterbatch also helps increased extruder output, reduced torque, reduced part warpage, lower energy consumption etc.
